CINNABONS

I love cinnamon scrolls, but I'm very fussy with them! And have never had the 'right' one in Australia before, If any-one is familiar with America they would know what a cinnabon is its pretty much a cinnamon scroll plus some extra sugar haha. My first cinnabon experience was at Universal studios at about 9am in the morning great way to start my day hey? 

Anyway, today I made some Cinnabons! I'll brag for a little bit here because they were simply amazing, so moist & rich with a yummy gooey sticky frosting to finish. I converted the recipe to my Thermochef which made the whole recipe so much easier to make. 


Here they are! brown sugar & cinnamon swirled through the middle finished with a sticky cream-cheese and brown sugar frosting! heaven!
