some sad news

I wont be blogging for the next few weeks, My uncle sadly passed away this morning he had been in a coma for the past week he had collapsed at work and never woke up, there were alot of complications to his brain and alot of bleeds, after many surgeries they could't find any brain activity and my aunty had to make the devastating decision to switch of his life support. We're off to melbourne on Sunday for 1 and 1/2 weeks to spend time with all my family and attend the funeral. My uncle is Maroi (as is my dad) and maroi tradition they keep the body in the house for a few days leading up to the funeral the body is never to be left alone - someone must always be with him day and night, so I am glad i will get to see him again and say goodbye. Some people think this is a pretty gross tradition but thats my culture, it takes a while to get used too. I'll blog back in a few weeks. Thanks guys.
