Yep, another Melbourne post! I guess one of the advantages of living away from family is that you get to take lots of Holidays! Brett's been working alot lately even weekend's during the Tax time so I thought it'd be a good idea to take a trip with the kids to Melbourne to visit my Parents & Brother.
We did lots and lots of fun things!
We played at Lollipops Land
We visited my Best-Friend (who married my cousin!) and had some playdates with her 3 kids
Her youngest child Baby Quayde, Isn't he the cutest thing ever?
I was able to go to the Temple while mum babysat that kids and then the kids and I walked around the grounds and took some photo's
Dad and I went to my Aunties 50th party mum offered to babysit (again ... Isn't she the best Mother?)
Had a really fun girls night out with most of my cousin's wives and girl cousin's we went to dinner and sat at the Restaurant for 4 hours!!! It was like 10:30pm by the time we left, I haven't done that since having kid's! I really enjoyed myself, it was very refreshing! The food was amazing
I only managed to take pictures of the desserts of course! The dessert at the back that bread looking thing it was filled with melted warm chocolate and strawberries it was pretty crazy and it was huge!
I was able to go another dinner date with another cousin to Hogs Breath and then another dinner date with my Bestie at a Buffet Dinner! And of course, to my all time Fav place with my Grandparents to TGI Friday's!
I did a little too much shopping .... ok maybe way to much! So much that I had to ring the airline and get my baggage allowance upgraded...Opps!
Toward the end of the trip BJ was quite sick, and still is! Now Ive caught it and we're not doing so well.
We both spent 2 days like this on the couch watching TV and movies and sleeping!
And while i sit here and write this post BJ is in bed and im lying on a mattress in the lounge room feeling like Im going to die! haha
Another great trip away! The kids are great to travel with i think there pretty used to it by now so they behave and travel really well.

Sounds like a beautiful trip. Hope you & Bj feel better. One day I hope to get to tassie & visit you all. All the best Kayla, it was so lovely to meet you and be a part of ur beautiful family, for even a moment in time x Renee
