Yesterday was BJ's 1st birthday! Hard to believe that it's already been one whole year, it really true what "they say" about how time flies! We celebrated the whole weekend, we're very keen on celebrating birthdays in our family so we always make sure we go out with a bang! On Friday night we had a family birthday night and went to Bento for dinner and macces for ice-creams. On Saturday was his actual birthday and we celebrated by having a party at the house we invited friends and had a lovely afternoon, I was busy in the kitchen most of the morning getting all the party food prepared and making his cake i cant believe it but i didnt take ANY pictures of the cake! Im so bummed, It wasn't anything great i did a B and a J made 2 rectangles cakes and then carved out the letters B and J iced them and covered them in blue and green sprinkles. After the party finished Jake, Charlotte and Harri, Jonny, Scarlett, Bailey and Chase and ourselves all went down the country club for a night swim and spa (thankyou time-share, so glad we purchased it) The kids were knackered by the end of the day so when we got home from our swim we quickly helped BJ open his presents from his friends and put the kids to bed. What a fun weekend it has been, and what a fun year it has been BJ is such a happy baby he has been quite easy over this past year he is very content and loves cuddles he eats anything you give him and never refuses food or milk, He has been such a blessing to us and given us so much love and joy we love you beej-a-boy! and are excited for many more birthdays and happy years ahead.

We had a few tears with the cake, He was happy then sad happy then sad, I think he got a little over-whelmed as everyone was starring at him and there was about 10 kids surrounding him haha
Presents from his friends, what a lucky boy!
